| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Ms Rowena Radha Nair ("Ms Rowena") has served her notice of resignation on 1 March 2021 to pursue other career opportunities. The Company has accepted Ms Rowena's resignation on 11 May 2021 and her effective last date of service is on 31 May 2021. The Board of Directors has appointed a replacement for the position. In the interim, her responsibilities will be taken over by Executive Director, Puan Zainun Abdul Rahman. The Company expresses its gratitude to Ms Rowena for her valuable contributions during her tenure of service and wishes her success in her future endeavours. |
