| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Mr. Ng Soon Ghee (Calvin) ("Mr. Calvin") has tendered his resignation during his probationary period on 16 May 2021 to pursue other interests. The Company has accepted Mr. Calvin's resignation on 19 May 2021 and his effective last date of service is on 17 June 2021. The Company has shortlisted suitable candidates to replace Mr. Calvin as the Chief Operating Officer of Aspen Glove Sdn Bhd ("AGSB"). The announcement of appointment will be released in due course when the Company has completed its due diligence process. In the interim, Mr. Calvin's responsibilities will be taken over by Mr. Iskandar Basha Bin Abdul Kadir, the Managing Director of AGSB. |
