| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Ms Chong Meng Fong, Joanne ("Ms Joanne") has served her notice of resignation due to her intention to relocate to a different region owing to family commitments and where the Group currently has no operations. The Company has accepted Ms Joanne's resignation on 15 June 2022 and her effective last date of service is on 31 July 2022. The Company is in the process of finding a replacement for the position and will make the necessary announcement when a suitable internal or external candidate is appointed. In the interim, her responsibilities will be taken over by Ms Law Li Li, Team Lead of Finance who will report to the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Mr Lim Soo Aun. The Company expresses its gratitude to Ms Joanne for her valuable contributions during her tenure of service and wishes her success in her future endeavours. |
