("AVG") pursuant to Section 4 of the Securities and Futures Act, Chapter 289 of Singapore due to the reduction of his shareholding in AVG from 20% to 18.24% whereas Dato' Murly Manokharan (the Company's Executive Director, President and Group CEO) has increased his shareholding from 63% to 64.76%, pursuant to AVG's internal restructuring exercise. By virtue of Section 4 of the Securities and Futures Act, Chapter 289 of Singapore, Dato' Seri Nazir Ariff Bin Mushir Ariff was deemed interested in the shares of the Company held through Aspen Vision Group Sdn. Bhd. as he held 20% of the ordinary shares of Aspen Vision Group Sdn. Bhd. before this transaction pursuant to the said AVG's internal restructuring exercise. The percentage of shareholding held before and after the transaction is calculated based on the total issued shares of 963,617,900 ordinary shares of Aspen (Group) Holdings Limited as at the date of this transaction.
